My journey started as a Kinesiologist where I began to understand the body's innate intelligence and it's capacity to heal. Over time, this foundation expanded through my journey. My approach now leans into intuitive, energetic and soul led training. These courses are designed for those seeking deeper self-understanding, embodied transformation and conscious growth. These programs are also available as continuing education pathways supporting practitioners who feel called to expand.

Group Training

Group training offers a shared learning space where you explore intuitive skills alongside others in a guided, supportive environment. It provides a simple introduction to tuning into your inner signals, building confidence, and learning how your soul communicates.

Mentorship

The mentorship program provides personalised guidance as you deepen skills at your own pace. Created to support your journey with a space for questions, reflection, and tailored practices that help you integrate your learning through a level mentorship program.
